In conversation about the future of offshore energy at OEEC 2023

On 28 and 29 November, the yearly Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (OEEC) took place in the RAI Amsterdam. This year, Ecowende was invited to join one of their panels to share more about the Ecowende project and the wind farm’s perspective on the future of offshore energy.
Offshore Energy: Business for the better
On Tuesday 28 November 2023, Ecowende’s Project Director Folkert Visser joined the OEEC Conference Session ‘Offshore Energy: Business for the better’ as a panelist. The session was moderated by Paul de Leeuw, Director of the RGU Energy Transition Institute. Alongside fellow panelists from Vattenfall, Natuur & Milieu, and DEME Offshore, Folkert shared the mission of the Ecowende wind farm and discussed the future of offshore energy and the big ambitions for the energy transition.
