We will work on improving the curtailment provision to ensure that wind turbines only curtail when this actually leads to fewer casualties.
The insights from the monitoring and research programme will help us to improve our curtailment provision. Think about location-specific curtailment, where we only stop wind turbines at locations where – and at times when – bats are present.
