Light reduction
We are aware of the negative impact of light pollution on bird species. We want to reduce this as much as possible and are exploring the possibility of reducing light during various phases of the project.
For example, we want to install an aircraft detection system (Aviation Detection Lighting System) which will allow us to only utilise the aviation lighting when an aircraft is nearby. First, it must become clear which legislation and regulations apply before we are able to install this system.
