Reduced noise during pile-driving
Unfortunately, chances are that we still have to finish the foundations with traditional pile-driving if we cannot get the monopiles to reach the appropriate depth with the various innovative installation techniques. If this is the case, we have various measures in place to mitigate the noise associated with traditional pile-driving.
We combine solutions that are available on the market. Such as the use of bubble screens and dampers on the hammer, which will reduce the vibrations in the pile, and thus the noise, or can act as a sound barrier. Additionally, we will continue to explore whether there are other measures available to reduce noise during pile-driving.
